Duburi, October 13, 2022: Tata Sons Chairman, Natarajan Chandrasekaran visited Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited today to mark the start of plant operations, exactly after 100 days of takeover by Tata Steel Long Products Limited. The Chairman praised NINL management, employees, and other stakeholders for the achievement of this significant milestone. He congratulated company employees for being a part of a larger conglomerate and welcomed them into the ever-growing Tata Steel family.
While addressing the congregation, he expressed his strong belief that the company is fully capable of achieving plant capacity which will be a valuable contribution towards the achievement of Tata Steel’s goal to reach 26 million tonnes by 2024. The Chairman emphasised the need for inclusive growth, with the company’s focus on the development of the local community, with a sustainable economy.
