Roshni has been launched with the objective of enhancing the digital experience of consumers. Tata Power-DDL’s consumers can avail customised service options through Roshni, on the company’s website, mobile app (TPDDL Connect), WhatsApp number (7303482071) and Facebook Messenger on the company’s official Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/TataPower.DDL.
The virtual assistant is designed to deliver a seamless self-service experience and enable faster resolution of consumer queries / issues. The chatbot has both English and Hindi language capabilities. In order to build greater adoption and reliability, a unique persona has been curated for the chatbot in ‘Roshni’. She is intelligent, spontaneous, charismatic and always eager to help customers.
Tata Power-DDL customers can start a conversation with Roshni by simply clicking on the pop-up on the website and choosing their preferred language, thereby reducing their dependency on the call centre.
